 Alhamdulillah bermula eat clean pada 17 September 2017... so dah start control nafsu makan yang mencurah-curah umpama air terjun mengalir laju tu....sebagai kenangan nak simpan seleksi menu diet untuk breakfast....lenkali nak refer senang...hihihi...chaiyok! chaiyok!

Tosei Rawa cicah kuah dihujung tanduk jer & telur 3/4 masak


Sandwich telur and butterhead salad

omellete cili padi, wholegrain and anggur hijau
