Cara Membuatnya :</div>

Dua malam jugalah tak lena tidur memikirkan menu dan strategi memasak kerana masa yang diperuntukkan hanya 45 minit dan memasak secara solo. Tajuk masakan adalah <b>Ayam Nusantara</b> kerana menampilkan tiga resepi ayam mewakili tiga buat negara. Seperti yang dijangka rata-rata banyak yang menampilkan menu berkuah/menumis so pemilihan menu saya adalah mereneh, menggoreng dan menggril.</div>

1. Masukkan tepung dalam sebuah bekas uli dan masukkan garam dan kacau rata. Masukan air suam / sedikit demi sedikit dan masukkan yogurt sekali. Sebatikan tepung dengan air, anda akan dapat doh yang melekit pada tangan anda, Pada masa ini lah anda PERLU masukkan minyak masak 2 sudu besar pada doh ini. Minyak akan kurangkan kemelekitan doh. Boleh juga tambah sedikit minyak masa ulian pada tangan anda atau bekas uli. Uli selama 5 minit sehingga permukaan doh menjadi licin dan doh yang lembut. Doh yang lembut boleh diuji dengan cucuk jari anda pada doh ia tinggalkan bekas jari anda.</div>

2. Ini penting! bila siap doh, simpan / perap doh dibungkus “plastic wrapper” atau dalam bag pelastik atau tutup bekas uli doh bersama doh yang telah uli dengan kain basah selama satu jam. Ini perlu untuk minyak bertindak ke atas “gluten” tepung untuk tidak lagi mengeraskan tapi bila rantaian yang lembut. Selepas 1 jam anda boleh rasa sendiri doh akan menjadi sangat lembut dari asal.</div>

3. Bahagikan doh dan mula buat bebola sebesar buah lemon. Berbola yang bulat sempurna boleh dihasilkan dengan roll menggunakan kedua-dua tapak tangan dengan beralas sedikit tepung. Jika bebola ini melekit di tangan semasa membentuk bola,tapi jangan banyak sangat nanti jadi keras pulak.</div>

4. Ambil bebola capati ini leperkan sedikit di tapak tangan anda dan tekapkan dalam bekas tepung (boleh guna tepung gandum biasa) dan tepuk sedikit untuk hindarkan tepung berlebihan (Ingat tambah tepung anda keraskan doh jadi guna paling minima.</div>

5. Tempatkan dalam papan lenyek. Leperkan permulaan dengan 90 darjah, memanjang 6 inci panjang. selepas itu pusingkan doh telah leper itu ke 45 darjah dan leperkan juga sepanjang 8 inci. Selepas 45 darjah sekali sepanjang 6 inci. Jangan tekan kuat sangat roller biarkan bergerak sendiri. Hasilnya anda akan dapat capati yang bulat sekata 8″. Sebelum anda leperkan satu lagi doh, sapukan senipis (dusting) tepung ke atas permukaan capati belum dibakar supaya kepingan itu tidak melekat pada permukaan kertas alas.</div>

5. Panaskan kuali leper . Panaskan kuali leper dengan api keras dapur. Kulai kena betul-betul panas. Cara mengujinya ialah bila kita renjis air pada kuali leper panas itu..air renjisan kena sejat dengan 1 atau 2 saat saja. Ini penting yea. Roti yang bakar perlu cepat.</div>

6. Sebelum masukkan capati yang belum bakar itu untuk dibakar di atas kuali leper, tepuk sedikit di antara dua tapak tangan supaya tepung yang berlebihan disapukan semasa leperkan akan gugur. Tepung ini perlu dinyahkan apabila dimasak di atas kuali kerana tepung ini akan bakar dan memberi bau dan rasa yang pahit pada capati.</div>

7. Bila permukaan atas capati kering saja , dengan cepat terbalikan capati itu dan putarkan capati itu dengan kain atau tisu kitchen towel supaya ia bakar rata. Dengan pantas terbalikan kembali..(masa kurang kurang dari 1 minit) . Anda boleh lihat permukaan ini telah masak. (kalau nak gelumbong boleh kenakan sedikit tekanan ke atas capati anda dengan kain tadi.</div>

<b>CARA MEMBUATNYA :</b></div>
<ol>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><b>UNTUK KULIT PIE TEE :-</b> Satukan
tepung beras, tepung jagung dan tepung gandum, gaul rata dan ayak.
Masukkan secubit garam dan telur, kacau rata dan tuang air sedikit demi
sedikit dan terus kacau hingga mendapat bancuhan yang sebati. Tapis dan
ketepikan sebentar.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Panaskan minyak untuk goreng terendam,
kemudian celup acuan pie tee ke dalam minyak panas tadi, biar kurang
lebih 30 saat. Angkat acuan tadi dan celop dalam bancuhan tepung, tapi
jangan sampai atas, buat macam gambar di atas tu.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Kemudian masukkan ke dalam minyak
panas, dan biar hingga kulit pie tee mengeras. Benamkan acuan dalam
minyak panas hingga sampai ke dasar kuali, tujuan untuk menjadikan
bahagian bawah pie tee rata dan boleh berdiri tegah bila siap nanti.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Tanggalkan kulit pie tee dari acuan,
kalau susah, longgarkan dengan garfu atau lidi sate. Goreng hingga
perang sedikit, angkat dan toskan atas kitchen paper towel. Buat kaedah
sama untuk baki bancuhan tadi, hingga siap. Bila sejuk simpan dalam
bekas kedap udara.</li>

<li> Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang besar hingga lembut, kemudian
masukkan bawang putih dan diikuti daging kisar. Kacau sehingga daging
kering airnya. </li>
<li> Masukkan serbuk lada hitam, cendawan, dan apabila cendawan sudah
layu masukkan pula capsicum, karot dan sos prego. Masak sehingga karot
lembut. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula secukupnya. Tambahkan air jika
kuah kering. Perlu dilebihkan kuah kerana kepingan pasta yang dugunakan
adalah yang segera atau kering. </li>

<b>Cara untuk memasak sos putih:

<li> Panaskan 2 sudu mentega dalam periuk kecil. Apabila cair masukkan tepung gandum dan kacau sebati. </li>
<li> Tuangkan susu dan masukkan cheddar cheese bersama parmesan cheese.
Kacau seketika sehingga kuah sedit pekat dan masukkan lada putih seta
sedikit garam. Hati-hati bila masukkan garam kerana cheese sudah rasa
masin. </li>
<li> Angkat dan sejukkan </li>
</ol>

<b>Cara untuk membuat lasagna:
</b></dt>

<li> Panaskan oven kepada suhu 180°C. </li>
<li> Sapu bekas caserole mentega supaya tidak melekat. Susun kepingan lasagna rapat-rapat. </li>
<li> Kemudian tuang sos bolognese, ratakan. Sendukkan pula sos putih diikuti mozarella dan parmesan cheese. </li>
<li> Ulang semula dengan menyusun kepingan lasagna, sos bolognese, sos
putih, mozarella cheese dan sedikit parmesan cheese. Tutup bahagian atas
dengan aluminium foil. </li>
<li> Bakar di dalam oven selama 25minit. Kemudian buka aluminium foil dan teruskan membakar sehingga bahagian atas keperangan. </li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Mula-mula panaskan oven pada suhu 160C, Cairkan butter dan garam kasar kacau rata.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Cairkan coklat mengunakan kaedah double boiler atau microwave. Kacau rata.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Tepung digaul bersama serbuk koko dan diayak, dalam bekas lain, satukan gula kastor, gula perang. Telur dan esen vanilla dikocok rata sekejap.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Masukkan tepung diselang seli dengan coklat. Simpan sedikit coklat untuk dimasukkan akhir sekali. Kacau rata adunan.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang yang telah dilapik kertas kek dan oleskan dengan butter.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Masukkan loyang dalam loyang dan masukkan kedalam oven tadi 30 minit.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Bila dah masak, keluarkan loyang dalam oven dan biarkan sejuk selama 15 minit. Jangan masukkan dalam peti sejuk kerana ini akan menjadikan brownies keras.</li>
