Puding Naga & Kiwi


Bila cuti ni..mula mereka nak masak apa...dari breakfast, lunch, minum petang hinggalah ke makan malam...tapi hari ni....breakfast jer aku masak...hihihi....sebab hari ni outing ngan my beloved hubby and kids...makan luar jer la....tapi sebelum keluar dah siap2 menu minum petang....Puding Buah Naga & Buah Kiwi....



Resepi copy dari mamafami....tgk cantik kejadian Puding Naga nya...tu yg tingin nak buat...kebetulan mmg ada beli buah naga merah.....ni dicopykan resepinyer...

DRAGON FRUIT PUDDING

Ingredients :
1 Dragon fruit - preferably the red color meat
10g agar-agar powder
4 cups water
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method :
1. Clean the Dragon fruit and grate the meat. Set aside.
2. In a pot, add agar-agar powder and water. Stir on high heat and let it boil.
3. Reduce the heat and add in sugar and evaporated milk. Stir and let it boil.
4. Add in the grated dragon fruit, salt and vanilla essence. Stir and leave to simmer for a few minutes.
5. Remove from heat and pour into your prefered mould. Leave to cool and then let it set in the refrigerator. Serve chill.



Actually dua2 puding ni...aku guna method yang sama...tapi kalau nak bagi ukuran mmg la tak berani...so aku copykan resepi dari Kak Nor untuk Puding Kiwi ni pulak...

PUDING KIWI

versi asal Puding Laici by K.Liza
Sumber : Kak Nor Secubit Garam

Bahan:
5 gm agar2 serbuk
2 1/2 cawan air
5 sudu besar gula (tambahkan jika suka lebih manis)
1/2 tin susu cair
2 biji kiwi (blend dgn 1/2 cawan air)
sedikit pewarna hijau
sedikit hirisan buah kiwi utk hiasan

Cara:
1. Masukkan air, gula dan agar2 serbuk ke dalam periuk. Masak lah hingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan susu cair dan kiwi yg diblend tadi serta pewarna hijau. Padamkan api.
3. Kacau hingga sebati.
4. Tuangkan ke dalam acuan yg dah dibasahkan dgn air.
5. Bila puding dah sejuk, masukkan dlm peti ais.
6. Biarkan sejuk, baru lah dihidangkan dgn hirisan buah kiwi.
